Creating a magazine for the distraction-seeking student.
Art direction. Editorial design. IllustrationZurQuelle Magazine was founded as a student magazine and explores a range of topics including pop culture, student life, and social issues. From 2014 to 2017, I had the pleasure of creating the look of the publication as art director, working with a loose collective of designers, photographers, and illustrators.
Each issue covered a different topic and we went all out to create something new and unique for each page and story.
The magazine was named best German-language student magazine by Pro Campus-Presse in 2015.
